
A client arrived to out United Kingdom Belfast office with a failed USB flash drive. Whenever they plugged their USB stick into their computers USB port the computer would not recognise the device. The client has been using the USB stick to store important files and now the device had stopped working they urgently need to retrieve those important documents. USB sticks can fail for many reasons but in this case, it was due to the device not being ejected properly. Our USB data recovery experts managed to create a perfect disk image of the failed pen drive after removing the TSOP48 memory chip. The customer was quoted £349 + VAT with a possibility of not getting any data back at all. All data was recovered for the price quoted above.
